About the school
We teach people to work without hurting themselves
Rinrada Thai Massage School Barcelona offers practical Thai massage training for complete beginners, future massage therapists and working practitioners. Our teaching focuses on correct movement, safe body mechanics, practical technique and professional responsibility.
Quality before quantity.
How every class here is planned
Teaching method
Movement first, sequence second
Most massage injuries do not come from one bad day. They come from years of small, repeated compromises: a wrist bent slightly too far, a shoulder doing work the hips should be doing, a back that never learned to stay long. By the time it hurts, the habit is already old.
So we start with how you move. Before you learn a single sequence, you learn how to stand, kneel, transfer weight and breathe. That is not a warm-up before the real course. It is the foundation the whole course is built on, and we keep correcting it right through to the examination.
This helps students work safely and reduces the risk of future injuries to the wrists, fingers, shoulders, back and knees. It is also what lets a therapist still be working, comfortably, ten years from now.
Small groups
One to six students, never more
Classes are private, semi-private or taught in small groups so that every student receives close correction and practical attention. In a room of four, an instructor sees every hand. In a room of twenty, nobody does.
Students do not need to bring a person for classroom practice. The school arranges suitable practice during the course, so you can register on your own without organising anything.
Professional experience
Taught by people who still do the work
All three instructors worked as professional massage therapists before becoming teachers, and each one owns and operates a massage or spa business today. Training here is connected to real massage businesses, so what you learn is what the work actually asks of you.
